Do you agree with this that its good to eat raw food instead cooked one. See if we will eat raw food we will get more nutritions. Usually I eat vegetables in raw conditions. What do you think?...

I also like eating raw food, but you have to do attention of the origin of this foods and to their production manners. For example I like eating fish ,but I try to eat only raw and fresh fish and only if I know its origins.Concerning the vegetables, sometimes its difficcult to elimine the toxic elements out of them,so I use some products that hepl me when I wash up them

Yes, I agree that it is better for us to eat raw food, especially vegetables and fruit. Cooking vegetables boils out any nutrition that they may have contained. However, it isn't always possible to eat them raw all the time, so when I am cooking vegetables, I only cook them slightly so they retain their goodness.

I prefer to eat peas, carrots, and even beetroot raw, I think it is a shame to cook these as the flavour is so much nicer raw and so much better for you.
