how to become tall......now im short

can anybody suggest an idea how to become tall......... im short all of my friends are teasing me ...... help me my friends..

hey i hope you know YOG GURU BABA RAMDEV....you can do his pranayams and yogas..i asure you 100percent you will gain inches to your height..and you can also suggest your other frds regarding this.

yamaharaju...you are only 20. You may grow a bit taller as you get just a few more years older. I am only 5 feet 4 inches tall. When I feel like being taller, I wear short heels on my shoes. I know that is harder for a man to do, but that's what I do. Remember, it's not the size of the person that matters, but what they carry inside of them.

hi friend, if you are smallr than the age of 20 yrs. then there will be a little chance to increase your height.i think you should started to doing yoga,exrcise but beware donot do weight lifting ,and going to under the xpert doctor of this this line,then i think you can increas your height. so friend best of luck i wish you can increase your height, " WITH BEST WISHES" BYE

Well, I think that the world is interesting only because the people are different. Just accept that you are not so tall and be happy for what you have. And there is something else that people always want what they don't have. If you were tall you would want to be shorter, so just be happy with what you have.

you can do back exercises that work on your spine and practise standing and sitting straight all the time it can add at least an inch to your height if you pull your stomach muscles in and breathe in think lifting from your stomach and up and youll see your upper body straightens and lifts you have to keep your shoulders down. if you do this every day a few times a day and back and stomach exercises to strengthen then youll find youll always be standing straight it makes the muscles longer and spinal cord straighten out
