Today is one of these days when my head is full of problems, bad feelings and I want to go down to the street and buy some dope, make it (oh, that sweet feeling, when you enter the siringe, pull and YES, its good becouse blood comes out, so I can push it to the end feel that heaven's feeling)...
but then you realize that this is just a dream - a forbidden dream. I didn't use drugs for 8 years now !
Days like this are killing me, every day like this is a battle.One mistake and my 8 year's work is destroyed.
I would like to say to you all : HELP ME , but I know you can't...

its hard i know, iv been clean for fives years now and my sister for almost 3years. weve had our tough times but weve got through and im sure you can too.

sometimes it's hard, but when I manage to survive that days , later is lot better...

Sorry to hear your having a hard time right now. You have made it 8 years so hold on to what you've got. One day at a time will keep you going for a lifetime. Have faith in yourself, hold your head high and carry on. I'll keep you in my prayers, god bess you and may tomorrow be a brighter day.

Last 2 day I feel much better anyway. It was just a hard period, I had lots of them in last years, but somehow they all pass at the end.
