How good at you at "Letting things go"

For instance, you have a disagreement with someone, albeit here or elsewhere, and someone says to you..."Let it go" do you, or do you persist? If you do persist, obviously it is something you believe in strongly, or did it irritate you to the degree that people weren't listening to you in the first place...........hmmmmmmmmmmmmm...thoughts?

Honestly, I am not a person to let it go. And if I am upset about something and the person I am upset at tells me to let it go, then it really is not possible to let it go.
Now, this does not mean that I will persist to disagree out loud with the person, but I will internalize and not be able to let it go. I will continue to think about it until I am over it.
And if the person is really not listening anyways, I will just walk away. Why waist my breath?

It would depend on who the person was, and what the disagreement was about. I was angry for 5 years with someone, and I can get over something else in seconds. It just depends on the circumstances. What about you?

i have a very hard time of letting things go. I am a worrier and i stress about everything. i think that is why i suffer from insomnia because when i actually want to slow down and sleep it all comes rushing back and i stress and analyiz it over and over and think about if i did this different or did that would things have worked out better.
