Now there is Subotex and Substitol instead of Methadone.Do you know them ?

Subotex and Substitol are 2 new medicines that in more and more countries are using them for heroin-addiction treatment.
I hear only good things for Subotex(burfin?) but not so good for Substitol (morphine HCL) .
Do you know these medicines ? How are they ?
