Is there any connection between sleeping and beauty.Can sleeping increase your beauty.

ya there is connection between sleeping and beauty. if you sleep regularly and relaxed it ease out your tension and increase your glow on face. you remain happy when you have a good sleep that helps you to maintain your beauty.

I would have to say yes it can. Having a decent amount of sleep each night allows your body and internal organs to function without stress or food, so it gives them a chance to rest and slow down too. Making sure you don't have a large meal before bed helps you body get more rest. I don't know about you, but if I don't get enough sleep I get very puffy around the eyes. Be sure to drink water every day also as this will help you body to eliminate toxic waste and will keep your skin collagen elastic. This not only helps reduce the pimples, but can give your skin that dewy fresh look that seems ageless. Mind you it doesn't happen overnight it takes time for your body to get rid of excess toxins in the system and there are many other things you can do as well with your diet. However sleep certainly factors into rolling back the age you see in the morning mirror. Although oversleeping is not recommended. About 8 hours per night is the best amount of sleep. After all you want to look your best and enjoy life not sleep it away! Hope this helps. HappyWithLife
