In the Eye of the Storm

I have checked to see if they had the book on Bookmooch.com; they have it and hopefully I can get it soon. I never read his works before though I have heard they are very good. Thanks again.

I hope you have had a chance to read it by now. It is such a great read. It was one of those that I had trouble putting down once I started.

Praise the Lord - I got this book today and although I haven't started it I just glanced at the intro and know it's going to be spectacular...Starts out with a bird named Chippie that got sucked up the vacum cleaner, stuck under a fauset to get him clean, then blow dried to dry him off - he survied but afterwards Chippies owner is asked how he's doing and she says he doesn't sing anymore. Which is understandable after your sucked in, washed up, and blown over - not much to sing about... I can't wait to get into the book tomorrow.

My daughter got two of his books for graduation. He is just awesome.

Anything by Max Lucado is a great read. He is such an awesome author. Most of his books, I've sat down and read in one day, because I simply don't want to put them down.

If you will check with your local bible book store, or Christian book store...there are several of his books available on cd and cassette. I'm not sure which ones you would be able to get. My son hates to read, but he will listen to someone else read it on cd.

This is one of my favorites. I also like 6 hours one Friday. It's just a fantastic look at the 6 hours that Christ was on the Cross.
