help in harddisk

is there a way to erase the marked bad cluster in the harddisk?

i know there's a program for it i have read somthing about that here but don't ask me what program or so i know it's posible but how far thise will work i don't know

i thinks that it is not possible. the erasing of marked bad cluster is not possible for now.
