I found a great website called cash fiesta. You can download a toolbar and earn points but you can also earn points just from signing up for free offers. I've already earned $50 this month with only the free offers without the toolbar. Check it out

They pay via check in the mail. I think the payout $20 but I had no problem reaching that quickly.

this is strange, as I know this site is SCAM, yes it is scam and I know this before one month, have you get paid, or just earn in the site, did you recieve your earnings, maybe the site is changed.
