Any experiences of Craftmatic ?

I've been approached by Craftmatic UK Ltd, and wondered if anybody on here has had any experience, good or bad of them as an international organisation, especially as an employer. They are quoting a $10k a week earning capability. They started in the US, so there must be folks on here who must have had some experiences they'd care to share, especially as their marketing is specifically targeting the 40+ age groups, but will employ 18+ sales closers. Would be grateful for your input......
