If You Could Travel Back In Time, What Time Period Would You Travel To?

If you could travel back in time, what time period would you travel to and what country? For me, I would like to visit Paris in the 19th century, during the french impressionist time.
I also want to experience how women wore those uncomfortable long dresses and how people had it simple back then.

I would want to travel back to the day that man was created and warn God about todays technology, mans evil intentions and then ask him not to do it this way again. In a sense, I would want to alter time I guess...
