What is better.....Cooking in microwave oven or gas oven?

For me I like the food cooked in Microwave more than gas cooked food.....and it is also healthier to eat microwave cooked food. What about you?

in our home we are much comfortable cooking our food in the eletric or gas stove than in the microwave . in the stove we can adjust the minimal heat we need in our cooking that we can easily check the pot how the food is going on & we can easily add condiments & flavors if needed. i only use microwave for reheating left-overs or with my instant meals that only require little time of cooking . if you keep on using microwave the one who prepares the food is so exposed to the radiation from it then the electric current it will consume is so much higher than with the stove .

there is a e-mail going around right now that shows an experiment about microwaved water. The experimenter planted 2 seeds and watered one with boiled water and one with microwaved water and the results were startling. The seed with boiled water thrived while the one recieving microwaved water did very poorly. The end result was that the microwaved water actually lost all of the nutritional value. Since seeing this (although i haven't verified it myself) my micro use has gone WAY down. If I still had the e-mail I would post it for you but I belive I have trashed it already. Something to look into though!

At home,we are using gas oven..Can you tell me why microwave cooked food is healthier than gas cooked food?is there difference?
