what doooo you think of boys in blue, here to serve and protect. Is this happening? I have spent many an hour at Police stations being an appropriate adult for under 16.The children I accompanied have respect for me! They dont for the old bill. Some of the Children will tell of bullying, being threatend. It cant be proved so the kids poor massive hatred toward Police they want to know how they can reach out to kids???????? Give them the Respect that you want from them. It should never be GUILTY UNTILL PROVEN INOCENT. what do you think?

Any community's arm of force - military, police, security - needs people in it who can do necessary evil, and yet not be made evil by it. To do only the necessary and no more. To constantly question the assumptions, to stop the slide into atrocity.

well, all i can say is that when i was growing up they didn;t bother me so much. But when i started driving, i noticed i was getting pulled over and ask questions that were totally irrevelant to what the reason i was pulled over was. After Years of this type of treatment from the boys in blue, i don;t like them, i firmly beleive they are out there harrassing people when they should be out there helping people. As for young kids not lieing and respecting them, i don;t blame thekids, police officers usually stereotype individuals and assume that if you look like a criminal you are a criminal. How many times have you heard of wrongful arrests, or harrassment? that should pretty much explain why, Don't you think?

They are the worse liers i have met,and they are prejudice!! I DO NOT LIKE THEM. My son was helping a man who had been mugged they arrested my son although the man said it wasnt him. He spent 16hours locked up.When released he had to walk home thats 22miles, they did not say thanks for helping the man or sorry for wrongfull arrest, he was 17yrs at the time. I tried to make a complaint but hit a brick wall!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Where are all the old coppers gone???? They are all young and full of them selves now.

I think some of the police down here in Guntown are terrorists. These Arabs bought the Cogo's and the one cop is dating his daughter and there's always Arabs in there talking all different. For the most part cops around here dont' do poop except sit by that gas station or by the laundry mat which is like a block away. They sit in the parking lot across the street from us sometimes which makes me feel better in case something ever happens they are right there.
