Hunting For Ghosts

I see a lot of discussions regarding the existence/non-existence of ghosts started here at mylot so I decided to see if there was a ghost hunting group in my area. Turns out there is and they are currently in the process of getting permission to visit various haunted locations in the area. I am going to tag along on as many of these as I can and will post any evidence I get.....actually pretty excited to be doing this.

OMG that would be so cool!!! I'm totally jealous! thre is a haunted cemetary about 4 hours from here that I'd love to check out actually...hopefully this summer....other than that though I dont really think there is much near me that I can get to easily unfortunately....Inked you definately gotta keep us updated on how that goes!! I'm totally into stuff like that....EEEkk LOL I'm actually excited for you LOL

You may also want to look for this search string: "urban explorers" with the name of your town or large cities in the area, these groups usually work hand in hand with ghost hunters and give them tips on places to check out.

That sounds exciting stuff to me I hope you keep us posted with what happens. I've watched some of this stuff on tv but it never comes across as genuine I think this is the sort of thing you have to do yourself to see whether it's for real or not. So good luck to you and happy hunting!!

Thanks ginagee (hope you enjoyed your Ireland trip BTW). I had some weird experiences when I was younger and have recently become interested again thanks to shows like Ghost Hunters etc...I'm really looking forward to the experience and hope that I can see or feel something

That sounds exciting. I've never met a ghost hunter before. Well,since this is cyber space I suppose we've never met either. There are lots of ghosts in Charleston, or so they claim. You'd never run out of things to do here!

It's the same here in Georgia. I've been on a couple of ghost tours in the area which were very cool.

that's cool-definetly let us know how it goes:) the "ghost hunters" people are actually from my area they've checked out a few places local
