Your favourite italian food..which is?!

Just one? Are you kidding? I love eggplant parmigiana, vegetarian lasagna (although probably much modified from any Italian version), and of course insalata caprese (the real Neapolese kind with just fresh basil, ripe tomatoes, and sumptous mozzarella drizzled with a tiny amount of good olive oil). Growing up I always loved quattro stagioni pizza, although it was made with shrimp instead of proscuttio where I lived. Today I don't eat meat, so I live that out when I have pizza night.

actually i was gonna say pizza and pasta! hahaha okay i'll try to be more specific. i love fetuccini alfredo, pasta bolognese, and all meat pizza!
