How Old Is Too Old To Wear A Bikini?

well i think its doesnt matter of age..it depends how is your body..if your body is ugly,you dont take care about it i thin k you shouldnt wear bikini,even if you are 18 years old girl..there are many beautiful ladies in 40-50 years old and they look stunning with bikini!:)

Hii, As a man i feel bikinis are for every possible age for women. U people look what u are after wearing bikini. Anyway it depends on person to person thinking and regarding me i think any female can wear bikini if she finds herself comfortable.

It much more depends on woman's shape and not age. I have two friends who are over 50, and they both have a great body, they are looking much younger than their age and of course they are wearing bikinies on the beach. You are right - if someone feels herself comfortable she should wear it.

Well, even if I was still in my teens we don't get bikini weather here. If I go on holiday to a warm country and I see other older people wearing a bikini, then I would probably follow suit. It is up to people themselves as to whether or not they want to wear a bikini regardless of their age and it certainly wouldn't bother me.

I don't think that it is really a matter of age. I think the important thing is to be in good shape, to have a nice body. Some of the women in those Nutri-system or other diet commericals look pretty fine for being a grandma. I mean, no one likes to see a really fat guy wearing a speedo!

I think like you do that if a woman feels comfortable in a bikini then she should wear it. I have seen some nice looking 40+ women wearing bikinis and some younger women wearing bikinis that just did not seem to fit.

As long as you look good and everything "is in place" then I don't think you ever get too old to wear a bikini.

I cannot see any reason why any woman should stop wearing a bikini because of her age hun. I agree with you, it is a matter of personal choice.

I think it is up to the individual what they wear. Everyone is different. I wouldn't feel comfortable in one because I have lots of stretch marks on my tummy but if someone else wanted to show them up its their decision and I don't have any right to stop them, and wouldn't want to.

My daughters and I are major fans of the learning channel's "what not to wear" and my daughters never fail to point out that there is a sign before they cut back to the show that women shouldnt wear a mini skirt over 35...well i have one and i do wear it (around the house when its super hot), so in answer to your question...if you have an amazing body and are 45, you go girl!!!!!

It depends why you are wearing one,if it is because you like wearing bikinis and feel uncomfortable in anything else on the beach or at the pool then wear one all your life. If you wear one to look attractive to other people then that is a different reason and there probably is an age when this doesn't work except to have an opposite effect to the one desired.

I think if any women is proud to show off their body, then they have the right to wear a bikini, no matter what age they are. I guess women who are self-conscience hate to wear bikini's due to stretch marks, belly fat, etc... They shouldn't care what society thinks. Stretch marks and belly fat from childbirth are a badge of honor! And if more women show it off by wearing a bikini, then "You go girl!"
