how to lose weight

there is something good advice how to lose weight easy. i.m getting old but my weight still grow almost 100kg even i control eating and make some light excersice. i try some pill and medication too plus supliment herb, but still not working. when i take that pill i feel more energatic but i,m so tired after that. some times i stop eating for one or two days, just take jus. but after thad i feel so hungry and it made me eat a lot. what should i do best.

Check with your primary physician for a complete evaluation and diet. He/she can better advice you on your weight needs. Sometimes we overreact when we gain a few pounds but as we get older sometimes we gain weight because we don't exercise as much as we used to.

The first thing to do is to have a cleansing diet, meaning you should only eat fruits for one week. Then avoid eating too much oily foods and freain from eating on fast foods and from eating salty and sweet stuff. If you can do it dont eat snacks or in between meals. You can do walking and stretching those bones for a start and find an exercise that will fit you best.
