Tell me about your first appraisal????????

Hey ppl..its about the appraissal.. that was really nice day... i felt like i am gonna get some new thing to experiance .. as i never thought of that before.... that day i went to office ... was little bit confussed... when i enter into the office the day was vvvvv bussy i was not even getting time to think what wil happen ..... in that work load i forgot about the appraissal.. then suddenly end of day time my manager called for a review.. he started with his disscussion about my work in the whole year .. that day i reallized why managers are called managers.. they have that capability to remember what the team is doing ... he gave me my work review for the passed year. then he started discussing about the future projects & goals... & how we gonna complete them... he was very happy about my work ... even i was very happy from that review... I got good point .. i still remember the points... i wil never forget my first Apprailssal
