I've never heard of Paisapay. But you're in another country(I'm in USA) and it may be the Paypal version for your country. I'd read through the site and see if you can find anywhere that says if it's affiliated with Paypal or whoever. It just may be the buyer you're looking at that accepts that company as a way for them to get paid. I know a lot of buyers accept Paypal on ebay, most that's the only form they'll take. It'll show on their individual auction site which payments they take. If they take Paypal, it'll show the icon on there, and it'll prompt you at the end to pay through Paypal. I'd check more into that Paisapay though before doing anything with them. If it's a wire transfer company, stay away from that. That's a big way a lot of people get scammed is through wire transfer companies and I think they're called clearinghouses or brokers, something like that.

I can't believe Paisapay asks for a payment through a Bank Wire Transfer. Credit or Debit card OK But NEVER EVER USE A WIRE TRANSFER TO PAY FOR ANYTHING OVER THE INTERNET, ESPECIALLY ANOTHER COUNTRY. CALL YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION AND ASK WHAT THEY RECOMMEND. (Even E-bay recommends NEVER Pay With A Wire Transfer) Also Paisapay is Very, Very hard to reach. NO CONTACT PHONE NUMBER. E-MAIL ONLY. E-Bay India provides a toll free number but you can never get through. I tried about 20 or 30 times over a 4 day period and I was never able to get through. Also make sure that you complete the transaction through the E-bay auction your My-Ebay page ONLY!!!(After You Log In) This is also very important. If you complete the transaction outside of E-bay you will not be covered. If you receive a message for a better or different offer then ask them to set up a BUY-It-Now for you through E-bay. If they are not willing to do this then FORGET IT!!!! The 2 links posted by Signal20 above are for E-bay India and Paisapay also located in India.
