To be quite honest, I have been getting tired of hearing th same tire news day in and day out so I finally rebelled and quit watching the news on t.v. and even quit buying the paper, unless there happens to be some sports I want to read about.
A person can only take so much of the war here and the war there and terrorists doing this and that...blah blah blah
More pedophiles on the internet. More missing kids. More murders.
What a bunch of sick people there are in this world.
It is unfortunate the only news that seems to sell is "bad" news, but sooner later you reach the point where it is all just too depressing.

i know what you mean., when i was a kid, there was 6 oclock and 10 pm news. that was it. nothing more (maybe later on they added a noon program), but its rediculous with all the media coverage everywhere. its in our faces all the time. we have no choice but to hear, read and see it everywhere we go.. and they wonder why people get depressed?

I get most of my news from the internet. There are more sources, so I get a better idea of what's really going on. TV news is mainly a waste of time.
