Your gonna have to start at the bottom and prove your worth as a spannerman / autospark and then progress to tuning / ice installations. Its important to learn the fundimentals of car engineering before progressing to make modifications. Ask yourself- I want to spend x thousands on tuning my car, do I let someone who learn't about engines in a libary do it, or an apprentice trained technician?
