What an atx PS tester need. does anybody have a circuit diagram

I want to repair atx power supplies specially those which reset PC after a while. I have some Idea about a tester, but I want to know the others oponion about what this tester need. Shahriar

It is really difficult to repair the power supplies Are you talking about the SMPS though
