Somedays, housework isnt so bad!

On the whole I really dislike housework. I like the end result but I'm not a naturally tidy person and I tend to make life hard for myself by waiting til things are in a really bad state before tackling it. Today though, I got up, make my husband a coffee before he went to work, and in an hour flat got more housework done than I normally manage all week. Why is it that sometimes it just works that way? Why can't I do that everyday, and why do we insist on having so much clutter!

I think the weather has alot to do with how fast my house work goes. I know that sounds weird but when the weather is warm, not hot and not cold, I can get my housework done quickly and effiecently. I think the weather has alot to do with out moods and our moods has alot ot do with how productive we are. I am really bad at clutter. I have too much and I have vowed to end clutter.

I feel teh same way. Some days I am just full of energy, and get many many things accomplished. Other days it seems to take the whole day to get just a couple things done. I don't understand what makes the difference.

I know. :) Because your sick or doing it? I know I am. Sure, it looks nice...but does anyone notice? I really need to dust. But to dust, I have to take all the stuff off the mantle, dust them, dust the mantle, and then out it all back. Than I have to do the same with everything else in the house! I really don't mind...but at the same time, I don't wanna. Its not as if anyone will notice if I dust. But the bad thing is, anyone can notice if I DON'T dust. *sigh* Fine! You talked me into it, I will dust tomorrow...or maybe Thursday. LOL Actually, if I wait until Friday, my eldest daughter will gladly help me. ha ha

Even though I try to keep my house as neat and clean as possible, i dont really enjoy it. I do however, like you, love the finished product. I've recently started spring cleaning, but this weekend i just couldn't motivate myself to do it. I guess i'm just tired this week and decided to give myself the weekend off. We all have our moods for everything else, cleaning is one of them. Some days i can come home from work and start cleaning immediately, others i just have to sit around and do something else. I think like everything else, we just can't do 1 thing all the time. I wish i looked forward to cleaning more than i do. I wish my body would cooperate with my mind more, and i would get so much more done!...lol

Am not so much of a tidy person too...:P I only clean my place on weekends where I spend almost two to three hours of cleaning.. :P well, I just don't feel like tidying my place on weekdays coz when I get home from work I feel so tired and wanna do nothing but drop off to bed.. lol sometimes even without brushing my teeth.. now, can you expect me to clean my house in that? LOL sorry to all the dirts and dusts in my place, they gotta wait for weekends before they can get my attention... :P
