Need to quit smoking, Need help!

I have been smoking for over 10 years. I really need to quit for health reasons, I cant afford the patches. Any home remedies or cheap ideas to try? Thanks in advance

There is an all natural pill that I took called "Smoking Withdrawal Relief" by Natra-Bio. I got mine at Nutrition Depot (many health food stores have it) for about $6 for a bottle of 90. You chew 3 pills a day and your system gets cleansed of nicotine naturally and you don't crave the nicotine. Be sure to take it for the first 30 days and longer if needed.

The only way I could do it is cold turkey. The patch was a big waste of money for me. But if you need a home remedy I chewed a lot of gum. Also a very little known fact eggplant has niccatine in it. I know crazy but true. If you like it eat it and it may help.
