How Do You Fry Chicken So it Doesn´t Go Tough??!!

I just made gado gado chicken for dinner and it was really good but the chicken went tough!! I stir fried it. How do you avoid it going like that or did I just cook it too long?

cooking chicken is a quick thing to cook, boneless, skinless chicken takes about 20 minutes to cook, and stripes takes about 7 to 10 minutes on medium heat. DON'T cook chicken on high heat it will make it tough regardless. If you keep the heat on about medium and wait for it to turn white with a little bite of a brown color to it, it will be perfect and tender. If its all brown it's over cooked. I'm a guy and I have been cooking for 22 years, and I make some GREAT meals.
