why do you love black chocolate in particular?

well, on my part it makes me more awake when i need to be compared to other chocolates.. i'm not yet familiar with the scientific explanations of that.. can anyone discuss it to me please...?

I find dark chocolate more satisfying than milk chocolate, and am satisfied sooner with less than I would be with milk chocolate. (This could get confusing if we answer the same posts...)

I much prefer dark chocolate because it's not too sweet. Most chocolates have too much sugar and dairy fat. Dark chocolate has more antioxidants and less sugar than milk (or white) chocolate.

Because it is healthy? Why, given a choice, I would go for dark chocolate than any other kinds since it is supposed to contain something (can't remember) that is beneficial to our body. Yummy. ;-)

I didn't really know about the awake part but maybe it does. I haven't noticed. I like it because it has this bitter taste in it that I really like, I don't like anything too sweet.
