first of all, buy yourself some good, fresh, non-frozen chicken wings, don't go cheap, after all, this is the main ingredient. try to find 100% lard to fry them in, that way, your chicken will taste like chicken rather than whatever crappy oil it was fried in. second step, if you like your wings breaded, make sure you season the flour with some pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder, get crazy with it. or be a purist and use no breading, just a perfectly fried wing and some great sauce. my idea of a great sauce is butter and "crystal" extra hot, hot sauce from Louisiana. melt the butter and sauce together, toss the wings in it, serve with homemade chunky blue cheese dressing or homemade ranch. of course some celery or carrots to ease the burn a bit.

Any preparation of chicken is delicious to me. First is roasted chicken, deep fried spicy chicken curry are the best. Of course in soups chicken soup is the best. I like peanut chicken curry and chicken tikka its an original recipe from Pakistan which is very tasty and spicy i also like chicken roast and zinger very much i like chicken in most style's

i work at a pizzera in buffalo, ny heres the trick -- cook wings (most common deep fry) for flavor hot - medium - mild use FRANKS HOT SAUCE shake wings in the sauce for bbq wings throw some bbq sauce on them throw them on the pit and then add some more sauce AND DONT FORGET the blue cheese or you can jus order them from LA NOVA pizzera i believe online i think they ship over nite or better come on out to blo, && try them for youself
