I think that if a person has no quality of life, is being kept alive by machines, then I think the family should have a right to decide whether they want a family member to continue to exist in that condition. I myself would not want to see a family member of mine kept alive by machines. And I certainly wouldn't want my family to keep me alive like that. It should be the choice of the person and the family.
