How far do you remember the look of Makati?? Let's reminisce Makati!

I just thought of remembering how ayala center looks like about 20 years ago??
As far I as could remember, there's this famous theather in Makati, known as Rizal Theather, where I watched Sesame Street for the first time! and there's this small restaurant just beside the greenbelt theather and mcdonalds build like small nipa huts where we used to eat at "ulam ni san pedro"...
How far do you remember ayala center? when greenbelt mall, glorieta, parksquare, landmark, etc..is not yet existing...
try to post some old pictures of makati too..

Yes, I watched Sesame street in Rizal theatre too, and I was so excited because it was live. I remember when the only place to go then was SM Makati, and it would get so crowded when they have a midnight sale because people from all walks of life would shop. I remember the first item that I bought too. It was a pair of white converse all stars and it cost exactly 200 pesos. And it was not even on sale!!

Yah! do you still remember how glorietta look like.. do you still remember Cinderella store there and theres a pizza parlor under the huge stage like something at the center of the park???
wish i could find the old pictures of ayala center way back!

i just remember walking in glorieta when it was still under construction. i remember walking on the second floor and i think that time it was still open air. it wasn't a mall yet. i am not sure because that was around 10 years ago...

Yah, and as far as I could remember... there is a stage or flatform in the middle of the open air mall and underneath is a pizza parlor all made of tiles..it's like a park actually... i can clearly remember i was 5 or 6 years old that time...
Just nice to recall when there is no buildings yet and place is not crowded that time...

for me i remember. the SM makati.. before.. its just small unlike today they have a boutiques. and i remember that when i was a 6 years old... my mom searching me from each corner...

I do not know much about the previous look of Makati but it sure is not declared as a sole city before. I remember it's still part of Rizal before. It had been declared a city last 1995. Such a young city.
