For people who's been using TEGRETOL

I've been using tegretol since I was in grade 2. Im 29 years old now, still using it and forever will be using it. It is already a long-term prevention for my nervous disorder. Have u guys, already feel side effects for taking it? I have memory lapse now, been forgetting names, dates and i don't know what else...see, im forgetting now again!

Hi, I'm 21 and have been using Tegretol for the past 5 years now. I take it because I am epileptic and I'm pretty sure it helps my nerves.Some of the side effects I have been getting are stomach problems, blurred eye sight and a lapse in memory. I think the side effects have gotten worse over the summer and I'm going to get my levels checked soon because my eye sight has been going blurry at random times lately. Sometimes it's difficult to tell whether or not the problems are really from my medication, so I've got to go to a nuerologist often.
