Crockpot Recipe

Hamburger Potato Casserole 2lbs. Ground Beef(browned and drained) 1 8oz. Can of Tomato Sauce 1 Small Onion (chopped) 2 Cloves of Garlic (minced) 1 1/2 to 2 Cups of Mixed Veggies 1 Teaspoon of Salt 1 Teaspoon of Pepper 2 Cups of Mashed Potato Flakes 1 1/2 Cups of Sour Cream 2/3 Cup of Water Grated Cheddar Cheese Brown and drain ground beef; Combine beef with tomato sause, onion, garlic, veggies, salt and pepper Put in crockpot. Combine potato flakes with sour cream and water , spread over the top of the beef mixture Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours...or 3 to 4 hours on high Sprinkle cheese on top before serving.

Went to the store today to buy the ingredients and forgot to get the mixed veg and tomato sauce.. But hopefully soon to try it out..

My aunt makes something similar to this. She just calls hers "Stuff." This does sound good, and I'm always looking for a new way to use my crockpot. Thanks for the delicious dinner idea!
