I dont trust to much medicine over the counter sometimes gives you allergy,breathing problem and sometimes dead.

You should always be careful of medicines you take. As much as possible, never take one without the doctor's recommendation. All medicines contain chemicals that have different effects in our body system. What may have a positive effect on one part may have a negative effect on the other. so think twice before taking in medication. Always ask the doctor and keep them informed of any allergies you have. cheers!
