Indian cricket team

Indian team has been doin quite well under Ganguly previously, so i think it would have been wise to keep him as a captain inthis world cup.Besides it was his last world cup, so would have been a nice tribute to a great player of the game.

Rahul Dravid is better captain for Indian cricket now.

i don't think that ganguly should be the captain. it's no doubt that he is the greatest captain in the indian cricket history but the captaincy affected his batting very badly and ganguly has himself told that he no longer wants to be a captain.

I dont think that u can make Ganguly a captain just to give him a tribute, In australia if the captain is not performing he is dropped, that rule should apply in Indiaas well, that way u will always have a talented team. i think it was wise to drop Ganguly, because now he has once again worked his way into the team, and hopefully will perform well in the world cup..
