saving money

Me and my wife work hard for our family. my salary is too small just enough to pal all the bills in the house(water bill,electric,phone,cable)and my wife salary is for our daily needs and necesity and the extra of her money thats what we are dividing for saving.but its too small! wht i am going to do i need advice.

If you have any debt you should concentrate on paying that off so that way you can reduce your disposable income. Remember it's not how much you make but how much you can save. If you are living that close to your salary then you should try to reduce the cable to the basic subscription and reduce phone expenses. Try to conserve energy and reduce that too.

Thaks that what i am doing know i conserve all the bills so that i cansave at list 5% of my salary.

The amount is not a problem. The most important thing is you are willing to save some money :) The ideal way to start a saving is about 10% of your income/month. You can add it up to 20% in the next 6 months or when are more financially stable. Good luck!

Thats true the importantthing is i am willing to save..now i conserve all my bills like water ,electric,phone and cable..so that i can save at list 5% o my salary...and i always do myloting..bay the way thanks for the advice.

Stay overnight with mylot making quality discussions and comments. Type as fast as you can so you can have 500 to 1000 posts per day. Refer other people to be active also in mylot, say about 10 to 20 active. If you can make it, you can have at least $200 to $300 extra per month.

Just live below what you can afford. Try to cut uncessary spending. Try to conserve electricity or water so your bills will not be that high. But if you can find an extra income or money on the side like selling on ebay or selling stuff at your work, the extra income will help.

Yes i try it already conserving all the bills and its working, I can save money even if it is just a little. In the long run i have money in the bank that i can get, if in case theirs emergencyor or if i have needs in the house to buy.

You already have the right idea. Research shows taht it is usually a better idea to save money than it is to try and make a lot more money. Be sure that you are utilizing coupons and deals when you are able and it is the best bet. Pack lunches and use plastic dishes rather than baggies and disposable things. Buy things that are not name brand when it is unimportant to you. I see that you have cable, is there a cheaper package. There are so many things that you can do. I highly reccomend the book called: The Complete Tightwad Gazzette...very informative with lots of ideas. Best of luck !!

Now i conserved all my bills in water,electric,phone and cable...And i will concentrate in paying all my debits so that i can start saving at list 5% of my salary...thanks for the advice,and i will find the book that you recomend..
