hey guys.....its been almost confirmed that christiano ronaldo will b staying at united....he wont go anywhere like of barca n real....the portuegese is talking with manu to extend his contract....the current contract has him till 2010....nw wid torres n oewn coming that wil gr8 4 manu....wat u think??

I think that he will leave Manchester United and will play for Real Madrid or Barcelona next year. An Italian club is also a option. He is ready for a new phase in his soccer career.

ya its almost confirmed but not totally confirmed.So, we can't say anything right now, but just keep our fingers crossed and wait till it gets confirmed. It would be great if Ronaldo stays and even Owen and Torres joins the Man Utd. Sir Alex should really think a lot before making any decision,thats a real tough job as a manager.I hope he comes up with a right solution. All the best to ManU ... and Happy mylotting ...!!! :)

can't agreee more!!!yeah right dude....we hav to show character this time round.....we can't afford to lose him....even if torres n owen are coming...he is irreplaceable at this point of time...

the latest i heard is that there is a breakdown in negotiation. Ronaldo wants 120,000 per week, but Man Utd is only willing to give 100,000 per week.

It was always going to be impossible for Alex Ferguson to let Ronaldo go after the performances he had put in this season, so I guess Sir Alex would have flexed every muscle to keep him here. BTW, the news about Torres and Owen is it confirmed. I am not sure just yet. Cheers! Ram

Ya, I also heard that he will stay in Manu. For the time being, I think manu cannot afford to lose him. He need to stay in Manu. BTW, there's no reason for him to leave now. Everything in manu seems good for him. Manu is going for another treble dream this season. So I think he will be staying for the time being.
