why do these ratings just reappear.

Every time I get a reply to a post I give a plus to those who respond. But when i refresh the page i find that they are unrated. Tell me what to. Earlier i had no such problem.
One more questions can we delete the comments. I saw that my previous comments ore now gone.

That shouldn't happen, you probably got a problem with your browser or you cookie settings. And no we can't delete a response or comment :-(

Check that your cookies are enabled on your browser and maybe flush your cache. It might help.
