What do you do when you are not feeling very motivated and there are things to do or changes that need to be made ? What kinds of things do you say to yourself ? What emotions do you try to channel ?

Excellent question! I have not really thought about it. Ususally the not feeling very motivated is because of the cleaning or laundry. So i have to keep in mind that anyone can just stop by and do i really want the underwear on the bathrrom floor or the cheese its all over the kitchen counter. Do I really want someone seeing. .or smelling a nasty bottle? That gets my butt moving real fast. LOL!

I have two jobs, three kids, and a husband to take care of and a lot of times I am just to tired to get up and do anyhting. When I feel that way and that is often. I usually think of them. If I don't get up my kids will have no breakfast. When I think of them my motherly insticts come out and soe how I find the emergy to do what I have to.

I tell myself that when I have completed the something I don't want to do I can do something I enjoy. If I am sorting through boring paperwork I put on uplifting music. This gets the task done sooner. I try to channel a happy emotion rather than feel annoyed that I have to do something. For a while I have been doing clutter clearing. I am making slow progress. I guess I have too many things and I need to get rid of some of them. To make these changes I close my eyes and imagine my home with everything in its place. It is difficult to get rid of sentimental things. So I close my eyes and imagine it has gone in a cloud. These ideas motivate me.
