adsense frustated

i start 2 blog, with adsense, to earn some money, about 4 month ago, the first one had 1 page ranking, with only about 300 visitor, absolutely my adsense account still zero.. i think so tired to keep writing with this media, cause i can't seen my self had first $100. my blog : http://cinemapatrol.blogspot.com http://cinema-and-camera.blogspot.com is there any posibilities to make a new account in adsense, with the same IP address?/
