For breakfast you can put sausage and egg etc.
For lunch you could put turkey, grilled vegetables etc
For supper you could put in hamburger and vegetables and such.
Stagger these and those tortillas could be gone in a week. Good luck since this could be a healthy or filling way to eat depending on the combinations that you pick.

I often make a quick snack with some shredded or slicedcheese in a tortilla, heated in the microwave. Or I'll put in other things like lettuce or spinach leaves, sauteed peppers and onions, refried beans, rice, hamburger, broiled chicken, and other things.

Tuna Salad is good on a tortilla.
Salmon, chicken, turkey, bacon, steak, pork, and beans of any type.
Veggies of any type.
Cheese of all flavors.
Ranch Dressing, Blue Cheese dressing, salsa, sour cream.
Cream cheese, cinnamon, and apples make a good filling.
Does this help?

Shredded chicken, melted cheese, corn, black beans, and seasonings such as paprika, garlic, pepper, and cumin. Enjoy!

My kids like it when you take apples and bananas pour a little lemon juice over so that the fruit doesn't turn brown. On half of one side of the tortilla spread some peanutbutter add some fruit and roll.
We do this with any kind of fruit really but normally when we use other fruit we use all fruit spread. It makes a nice easy lunch.
