What is your main motivation for being on MYLOT?

There are different worlds here at mylot and I am not referring to the different Countries and Continents comprising the MYLOT community. I am talking about different motivations for being here. Some are here strictly for money's sake. Others to prove points they feel they must make. Some need validation to what they believe. Others need to poke fun. Some are too clever and full of angst with the need to show their fists are faster and more furious than yours. Some want to mother and give good advice whether it is asked for or not. I am sure there is still more. I find a little of all of these types of mylotters inside myself but make a conscious choice as to what part of me gives voice. You could call it psychoid, and like most of us humans are, I prefer to call it multi-dimensional. At present, my main motivation for being here is to theorize in ways that might affect the world in a positive way. I love movies and tv as an art-form. I don't care much for non-creative reality-based tv with exception to nature/survival shows. I love theorizing on current tv series like LOST, BattleStar G. Movies have always been big in my life. I love to think about the movie direction, script, etc. as well as watching it outright. So discussing movies and tv is big with me. If you are similar then we should discuss. Otherwise... Now that you know a little more about me and my main motivations. What is/are yours?
