sign in - which you already had registered your user ID with user password
sign up - information that you need to fill up before getting ur new user ID with user password.

i think sgn in is mean when you are have been a existance member.
and sign up is when you are a new begginer to become a new memmber.

nyway....sign in is for account holders....and sign up is for pple who are visiting for the first tym...and want to make and account!!!

sign up ---is asking you to join something
sign in ---is when you are already a member and they need you to sign in with you name and password!
