Yaa. If you have that habbit then smoking will reduces the tenssion temp. Not permanently.

I think smoking does relieve some tension..I don't believe that people smoke just becuse they are tense....I quit smoking 8 months ago and believe me that wasn't a reason why I ever smoked.....

Well that happens cuz you think so Whatever your mind makes you think ie., if you think of pain it will pain more Similarly if you think about your tensions even smoking cannot help!

i think so,becuase whenever i get tensed the i take 2-3 ciarates to relief the tension.it feels very light after smoking it reduces the pressure
