Who decides what Boring is? Do you know people that are so bold to express

that someone is boring and basically shun them because of this decision? To me, the people that pinpoint others as being boring....are most likely describing themselves. Just because you may not have similar interests in common with someone, doesn't mean a person isn't worth getting to know. What are your thoughts about this?

I have to believe you have a point there. Those who were tagged or called "boring" before (or some time in the past) must have taken it so badly, that they try to inflict others with things, indicating that they (the others) are boring. Or, they know that they're boring themselves but are in denial, so they point at others to sway the attention from themselves. Hehe. Well, ever heard of the saying, "It takes one to know one?" Of course, there could be wrong judgments made, and I also agree with you that we all have individual differences in terms of interests. Thus, people should know about differences, and it's also important to know a person better before judging hastily.

I agree with you, Just like judging a book by its cover. If you open it and start reading you may find that you can't put it down because it gets better as you keep reading.

I'll admit it, I'm boring. I like to be online working (woo-ha!), studying (big thrill there), reading, watching TV, crocheting and picking on the fellers from across the Pond...oh yeah, and I pray for world peace while looking good for my man...NOT! hahahahaha

Nope, I think there are boring people around: they have boring ideas, (or lack any ideas); they are dull in their outlook on life; they are unadventurous; they are unwilling to break out of their mold. All that said, I can't remember actually meeting very many people like this over the years: most people have some spark in them if you look hard enough!

I think the people who are most difficult are the ones that seem to be holding a conversation with themselves! LOL
