What are the favorite games in you family?

we have two small kids and they love Chutes and Ladders and other dice games that are so darn boring. Luckily, they also like Uno and memory, which are a little more interesting for a adults.
I'm always looking for new games to play with my 6 year old. Something fun for the kids, yet also entertaining for us adults. Any recommendations.

The favorite game in my family is Trivial Pursuit. We also enjoy other trivia games. We play some card games, Yatzi, Othello, mastermind, chinese checkers etc. We usually play games when we are at the cabin in the mountains. My favorite games are trivia games. There is a gamke calles 20questions that is quite a lot of fun.

oh yes, I forgot about 20 questions, my daughter likes that one too, and she likes checkers.

my kids are all in teens already so we play a different games now, such as crazy 8, and boggle. but when they were kids we play pictionary. there is a kid version. enjoy
