Do you perefer a curling iron or hot rollers for your hair?

I usually will use one of the big curiling irons for my hair that has the different heat settings.I would use hot rollers but I can only use the big hot rollers and I have to take them out as soon as I put them in because my hair is layered and it would be untamale and poof out.LOL.I hardly ever leave my hiar straight but I put it in a ponytail most of the time because I raely have time to fix my hair being I have 2 kids and stuff to do.I do sometimes fix my hair on occasions.And people cannot recognize me a first because they are used to seeing my hair up in a ponytail most of the time.LOL

Honestly I dont like to use either because the heat applied directly to your hair like that can damage it and burn it. I realise that is the point to get the look you want but I personally don do it to keep my hair strong and healthy.
