I absolutely hate Sprint, their customer service is the worst service I have ever received from any retailer, I suggest that no one ever switch to them. Have any of you had similar dis-likes about their cell phone service provider?

I really disliked Sprint customer service. Now, I am with Cricket. There customer service sucks even harder. It almost makes me crave being on Sprint again. I think the best service I have had was with TMobile.

I have to agree with you 100%. The very first cell phone that I had was a Sprint phone, and I had the worst time with their customer service, as you did. They were giving me a lot of extra charges that had nothing to do with my usage or my original plan, they often times could not help me with software and hardware problems with my phone, and seemed to not care about my experience with their phones. I would be on the train on my way to school in San Francisco and the signal would drop even though the train was in open air. I had Cingular/AT&T for a long time, and they were very solid with service. I had the same problem with them, though; their customer service was awful. I would be on hold for so long and then never get definitive help with my situation. T-Mobile was a notch below in service, and their customer service was polite but generally clueless. I currently have Verizon, and I have to say they have been my favorite of my providers. Their customer service works hard to help with the problems I have. Even if they cannot help me, they continue to work on issues and is the only provider I have used that actually follows up with you. Their phones are good and their service is awesome!

thats great! I have recently switched to verizon and I too love them so far and haven't had any problems so far. I just can't believe a service like Sprint would not try to provide better service. I am glad I switched, thanks for your comment.

I hated T-mobile. They are a monopoly in Germany and they suck in the US (IMHO). I love cingular so far. AT&T and Cingular have merged and created a large network of people that I can call for free.

I recently switched to verizon, so I hope they are at least a little bit better, I guess cingular / at&t are not bad either from what I hear, thanks for your comment.

i had us cellular before and i thought they had bad customer service so i switched to alltel and i really really hate their service oh how i wish i could go back to us cellular now because now i see how bad customer service can really be they say they are recording you when you call them then how come they can never find those recordings when i ask them to go back and listen to what the 1st person told me that was not even close to what the 2nd person told me on the same subject and they seem to know the exact date and time they talked with you on something they thought was important but try to talk with them on something you think is important like say i just talked with 1 of them yesterday they seem to have no record of me ever calling them on such day and if you mail your payment in you need to send it out 10 days ahead of time ok i live 1 state away does it really take 10 days to get there and i dont know how many times i paid a stupid late fee or had to make payment arrangements on a bill i already mailed out to them but its somewhere in their mail room and as i was told even if it is there its not in the computer yet because they dont have time to go through everything everyday and yet thats my problem i guess i say either they need less customers or more help so i wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy and i still have a year to go on my contract

We do not have many choices in Singapore but I guess my provider is still fine. Sometimes I wait 2 hours to talk to an operator and they charge me money even if I make no calls. Not bad right? ;-)
