Do you go on brand items if you want to buy something?

Do you go on brand items if you want to buy something? Like on shoes, do you prefer to buy with a brand name or just a generic brand which has the same quality, design and style but much cheaper? Wanna know some of your buying experiences.

No, I really don't go on brand names. I look for the best quality for the price. If a generic seems to have good quality and is less priced I will buy the generic brand. However, when it comes to shoes I do tend to buy a brand name that I know will wear good. I have not had very good luck with very low priced and generic brand shoes. They seem to come apart before the new has worn off.

Thanks for you sharing! I am 100 percent agree with your comment. why buy an expensive one if you can buy a cheaper one with the same quality, design and even you are comfortable with.

I don't go for brand names because I can't afford them. So the practical thing for me is buy a cheaper brand that is of good quality and style.
