Both were wonderful and it was so nice to have her cook for us. What a wonderful daughter. We acturally have two wonderful daughters. Anyway. She just sent me the recipe for the Breakfast Casserole and I thought I would share it with you. You make it the night before just like you do hte overnight french toast. I posted the overnight french toast earlier today. Here is the link to it: http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/869734.aspx

This sounds absolutely wonderful and so easy. I am sure my mother would enjoy it if I showed up with it for her one weekend morning. I wonder how it would turn out with other breakfast meats in it. My sister-in-law makes something similar only she uses pre-packaged crescent rolls. I will have to try this one out ! Thanks for sharing !

Hi! This does sound awesome! I'll bet one could use ground beef, turkey, or chicken, or even ham or turkey ham. I'll bet it would turn out great with any meat, really! :-)

Well it seems I have been miossing out on this for the past three months..lol I am sorry I didn't get tot it sooner. This would be great for those moms who doesn't have time to cook and get ready in the morning she can slide it in the oven and have it cooking while she and everyone else is getting ready. And is sounds so yummy. Hopefully even my picky sister will eat. I've had turkey sausage and abcon and it is pretty good, I think I will make this this next time I stay at my moms maybe she will enjoy it as much as you did. Thanks.

When people hear "overnight" they just assume that it is time consuming but it isnt and it is very good. I hope you enjoy it.

Thank You so much for the compliment. No I have never put together a cookbook. I would never make any money at it as I would probably just give them away.

No. I printed it out though. In the time between my answer and now, I've moved. And today was the first day since I moved 2 months ago that I was able to buy some pots and pans. Actually, my mom felt so bad, she bought them for me. But now that I have them, this is on my list to make. As are A LOT of your recipes.
