Manila, Philippines. It's Eastern Standard Time plus 13 hours. But since it's already DST, then it's just 12.

Well it just depends. Like for me, I work with a lot of contacts in the US and we have to change our timing due to DST. Confusing...

well its the after noon here and its 1 : 30 pm here .
