I used to take part in school plays all the time. i remember this play by Shakespeare "A Midsummer Night's Dream". I played the part of Demetrius in it (ours was an all girls school). There were several other plays i took part in but this one was the one i remember the most.

I did a lot of theatre while in college. I did both backstage work as well as acting. The biggest role I played was in the production of the "The Mousetrap" by Agatha Christia that we did. It was a lot of fun. I got to play Mrs. Boyle the royal pain of a woman who gets killed half way through the play.

Hahaha... no singing or dancing for me. I did play Mercutio in a production of Romeo and Juliet in Junior High, but that was about the extent of my acting/theater career.

I was in a drama group with my best friend at her church when we were teens. It was a lot of fun. I didn't have to dance, thank goodness, but we did sing. I like singing. In the first play I was in, I got to beat someone up. I hit him (not too hard) and then I whacked him with some pillows. pretty funny for a church play!!

I was Kanga in Kanga moves to the forest - a community theater production. I did not have to sing, or dance - for which all concerned were elated, I am sure. My dh was the dentist (Orin Skorveli) in "Little Shop of Horrors" he did sing, and he was really incerdible in it, so funny! he sounded just like Steve Martin.

I was never in a play but i did do musicals and didn't have one particular role.(I wasn't that good of a singer). I mostly blended into the scenery. LOL!

Many many years ago I was active in the local little theatre as well as the high school drama club. I played a lead in 'Barefoot in the Park' by Neil Simon. I played Corie Bratter, the wife of Paul Bratter. This is the role Jane Fonda played in the movie which pops up every now and then on AMC or other channels. I also did Noel Coward's 'Blythe Spirit' as Madam Arcati. Apparently this was also a movie from 1945. I don't know if there are any more recent remakes. I haven't seen any.

I used to do a lot of plays/musicals in high school and I loved it. One of my favorite roles was playing one of the Pink Ladies in Grease. I had a blast with the music and choreography. I remember that the guy I was dating at the time was my couterpart in the T-Birds LOL Thanks for the fun memory.

I have never been in theatre but I love to go and see the shows. I have a friend that participates in a local arts group. In fact, on sunday they are doing the show Chicago. She'll be playing the part of mama. I can't wait to go. It should be a fun day.
